Inside The Nation (Character Interview)

Hello, Loves and welcome to another Inside The Nation blog. Today I thought it would be fun to interview one of my characters. For one, it will give you all an inside look of who they are and how their mind works and for two, it will give me a chance to find out some new things about them (hopefully). At first, I was going to pick a character that had been with me for a while, someone that was well known and fully developed, but instead, I decided to go with Erin. Erin is the main character of my new book ‘Catch Me’, (being released on 8/19/17) and I think she would be a very interesting interview. So, sit back and enjoy my character interview with the delightful (not so much) Erin Watson!

Aminah: Hello Erin, thanks for joining us today.

Erin: Good afternoon.

Aminah: What line of work are you in?

Erin: I am… Was an assassin. I worked for an organization called the UGF.

Aminah: Wow, very interesting. What made you go into that type of work and are you good at it?

Erin: The couple that ran UGF took me in when my parents died. I thought I owed them my life so when they told me the line of work they were in, I wanted to help. They had me train under the best martial artist, swordsmen, and weapons specialists, I’d have to say that I am very good at it.

Aminah: Have you killed a lot of people?

Erin: It depends on your definition of ‘a lot’.

Aminah: Let me rephrase that. How many people have you killed?

Erin: Sixty-eight.

Aminah: Really, that’s incredible. Did you ever feel remorse after a kill?

Erin: I did not, no. When I started working for UGF I thought they were the good guys. The people they sent me out to eliminate were evil, they were murdering innocent people for their own personal and financial gain, or so I was told. I had no qualms about ridding the world of evil people that preyed on the weak.

Aminah: What happened when you found out they had lied to you?

Erin: I was extremely disappointed. I trusted these people, I believed in their cause and they lied to me. I did what I had to do to avenge myself…

Aminah: I hear you have some extraordinary powers, what are they?

Erin: I have the power of cryokinetics. That means I can make and manipulate ice. I can make any inanimate object from ice and use it to my benefit.

Aminah: Sounds amazing. Ok last, but not least, if you ran into another member of UGF, what would you tell them?

Erin: I would not tell them anything. They would know how I felt by the bullet in their brain.

Aminah: Alright then. Thank you so much Erin for joining us today. Please come back anytime.

Ok Loves, hope you enjoyed that character interview! You can read more about our lovely Erin in her free chapter also located on this website. Have a wonderful rest of your week and as always, I wish you Happy Reading!
